What are your delivery terms and conditions?

  1. Your order will be shipped directly from simpleskincare.my to you via POSLAJU.
  2. Presently, we only deliver to street addresses in Peninsular and East Malaysia. Delivery not valid for PO Box and international addresses.
  3. We can only accommodate one delivery address per order. For multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
  4. Purchases made after 5pm each day would be qualified as next day purchase for courier purposes.
  5. Simpleskincare.my offers standard delivery charges on orders at RM10 nett per transaction. Delivery will take up to 5 working days from date of purchase.
  6. Customers get free shipping within Malaysia with purchase of RM30 and above.
  7. In rare cases, there may be unexpected service delay such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accident, unscheduled events, and etc.
  8. PureCare Health & Beauty Sdn. Bhd. (522390-X) will not be held responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected mail.

 

Can I have my parcel re-directed to a different address?

For security purposes, we will not change the address your order is being sent to. Don’t worry – if you’re not in when a delivery is made, our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

 

How can I track and trace my parcel?

A unique tracking number will be provided upon delivery of products. You will be able to track your order(s) here.

 

What should I do if I received an incorrect item in my order?

Contact us and provide your order number with the incorrect item(s) name and number. We will get back to you as soon as possible and try to resolve the matter.

 

Can I amend/cancel my order?

We are quick to ship your order over, so we will not entertain any changes once they have been finalised. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address, and payment method.

 

What is your online return policy?

Item(s) purchased online may not be returned to any pharmacies nationwide.

If proven faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, we will provide a replacement product or refund the purchase price and delivery charges.

Item(s) must be delivered in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase to:
